My interest in homoeopathy started in 1992 when I began treatment myself. I was so impressed with the positive impact it made on my life that I found myself in bookshops reading about this fascinating discipline. From there I began formal study at the London College of Classical Homeopathy in 1994 and graduated in 1999.
I moved to Devon in 1997 and have since been living on Dartmoor National Park. In the intervening years I have always kept up my homeopathic studies and practice to a greater or lesser degree and increased my knowledge base with seminars and study groups. I joined the Society of Homeopaths on graduation and became a registered member in 2020.
In 2015 I began a degree course in my other love, music. I completed my Masters degree in 2019. My instrument is the drums, I have been playing since I was 14 years old and am part of a local covers/function band. I also love to walk on Dartmoor, being in nature fills me with a sense of completeness and wonder at its beauty and simple complexity.
My Vision
The aim of my practice is to provide the best quality homeopathic health care I can in order to lift my clients' level of health, to remove the limitations which prevent them from authentically being who they are, and to enable them to become the best version of themselves they can be. My practice is grounded in the scientific knowledge of many generations of homeopaths who have left us their legacy to continue this pioneering work in the sphere of personal health and growth. Their wisdom and understanding of the laws of nature are what underpin my work. One of the tenets of the Hippocratic Oath (one of the oldest binding documents in history) is 'first do no harm'. By working gently but surely, I aim to relieve suffering and restore health in the kindest and most permanent way possible.
